What is the BSU home savings scheme?
BSU is a home savings scheme for savers below the age of 34.
- You’ll get a 10% tax deduction for the money you deposit each year, a maximum of NOK 2,750 (if you don’t own your own home as of 31/12 in the tax year. This applies to both primary and secondary residences).
- You can save up to NOK 27,500 a year and a total of NOK 300,000.
- To receive the maximum tax deduction of NOK 2,750, you must have the corresponding amount or greater in the calculated tax.
- You can only have one BSU account regardless of the bank.
