As a bank, we must comply with the Money Laundering Act. This means, among other things, that we must acquire knowledge about you as a customer and the purpose/type of the customer relationship.

Please note that we will run a credit check on you during the account opening process. All banks are required by law to obtain sufficient information about a customer when setting up an account and on an ongoing basis while the account is open.
