In the corporate online bank, we have three different roles. Note that multiple roles can be held in combination.

• Administrator: Can create users and administrators, assign rights and order new services for the company.
• Orderer: Can order new services and accounts for the company.
• Manage users: Has read-only access and can be assigned more rights by an administrator.

Please note that only administrators can create users.

1. Select ‘Administration’ in the main menu. Below the tab 'Privileges', choose ‘Manage users’.
2. Here you’ll get four options. Tick “I’m an administrator and want to create a new user”
3. Enter the national identity number, the name of the user and your contact information
4. Once the user has been created, you need to assign rights to the user.

eFaktura (eInvoice) for businesses doesn’t work in exactly the same way as for private accounts. When you receive an eFaktura (eInvoice) as a business, you are registered in the ELMA register. When you are registered there, all future senders will send invoices as an eFaktura (eInvoice).

Invoicing with KID (OCR agreement) is suitable for businesses that send out so many invoices that reconciling the accounts becomes time consuming. The solution works by sending your customers an invoice with KID (Customer ID) that identifies the customer and what the payment is for.

The solution is suitable for all businesses, irrespective of size and customer structure.

To give your accountant access to your accounts, you usually grant authorisation. You can choose whether view-only access to an account is given, or whether the account should be downloadable to the accountant’s online bank.

How to do it:

1. Select ‘Administration’ in the main menu. Under the tab ‘Privileges’, select ‘Give/receive account authorisation’.
2. Fill out the information about the proxy and principal, the accounts the company will have authorisation to access, and which rights will be included in the authorisation.
3. Select whether the agreement should be signed with eSigning or manually. We recommend eSigning with BankID for the quickest process.
4. eSigning is sent out after one working day and the authorisation is ready one working day after the signing is complete.
