Help with login and BankID
Here you’ll find what need to know about logging into the corporate online bank
Many people have questions about
BankID
You can log in with BankID in two ways. You can switch between these two methods by clicking on “Select other BankID”.
With code device:
- Enter the 6-digit single-use code from the code device
- Enter your personal password consisting of at least 8 characters
With the BankID app:
- Click on the notification that appears on your phone to open the app. If you don’t have notifications turned on, you’ll need to open the app yourself
- Authorise the request in the app
- Go to the log in window in the online bank and enter your personal password consisting of at least 8 characters
You can switch between these two methods by clicking on ‘Select other BankID’.
BankID on mobile
How to log in with BankID on mobile:
Enter your 8-digit mobile phone number
Compare the reference in your web browser to the one that appears on your phone
Enter the 4-8 digit ID PIN that you created
Note: From and including 1 September 2022, BankID on mobile will gradually be phased out and replaced by a BankID app.
Without BankID
How to do it:
Choose the ‘Without BankID’ log in method
Enter the single-use code (6 digits) from the code device
You’ll now be logged in
Remember that you can also use BankID and BankID on mobile from another bank to log in to the corporate online bank

There are several ways of logging in to the online bank and mobile banking app.
The following applies to all of them: start by clicking “Log in” at the top right corner of the page. Enter your user ID which consists of two letters and five numbers (example: TB12345). Click “log in”.
Then select the desired login method. You can choose between BankID, BankID on mobile and without BankID.
From and including 1 September 2022, BankID on mobile will gradually be phased out and replaced by a BankID app.
How to log in to the online bank (1:27 min)
Choose which log in method you use:
BankID from DNB
If you have any other log in options (e.g. BankID on mobile) you can log in to your private online bank and get a single-use password sent by text message.
Enter your national identity number (11 digits) and select ‘BankID on mobile’ or ‘without BankID’ (code device + personal code)
Go to the main menu and select ‘Settings’ – ‘BankID’ – ‘New password’
Follow the steps to be sent a single-use password by text message

BankID from another bank
If you’re using BankID from another bank, you’ll need to contact the bank that has issued your BankID. They’ll be able to help you change your password.
First, we need to know if you have BankID from DNB or another bank.

Forgotten user ID
If you can’t remember your user ID, you can log with your national identity number and BankID from any other Norwegian bank.
Enter your national identity number (11 digits) and select BankID or BankID on mobile.
When you’ve logged in to the private online bank, you can click on ‘Corporate bank’ under your name on the right-hand side.
You’re now logged in to the corporate online bank. You’ll find your user ID on the right side of the home page.
Haven’t received user ID
If you haven’t received a user ID for the corporate online bank, but you’ve been signed up as a new user/administrator, you can log in with your national identity number and BankID from any Norwegian bank.
Enter your national identity number (11 digits) and select BankID or BankID on mobile.
When you’ve logged in to the private online bank, you can click on ‘DNB Connect’ under your name on the right-hand side.
You’re now logged in to the corporate online bank. You’ll find your user ID on the right side of the home page. You can use this next time you log in.
Select the suitable option:
Order BankID
If you do not have BankID you can order this here
To order a BankID from DNB you must have a Norwegian national identity number and have your identity confirmed with your passport.
Note: From and including 1 September 2022, it won’t be possible to order BankID by mobile. The replacement is the BankID app.
Without BankID
You can only log in without BankID with a DNB code device.
How to do it:
Choose the ‘Without BankID’ log in method
Enter the single-use code (6 digits) from the code device
We are phasing out the corporate code devices and prefer you to log in to the corporate online bank with your private BankID code device or BankID app. This makes logging in easier and more flexible for users.
Remember! If you have BankID from another bank, you’ll also be able to use it in DNB’s online bank.
BankID with code device or app
Click ‘Log in’ in the top right-hand corner and fill in your user ID (two letters and five numbers) to go straight to the corporate online bank

BankID on mobile (phase out, download app)
NB:
BankID on mobile being phased out in favour of the BankID app. Download the app and start using it now.

Getting an error message when trying to start activation on the actual mobile phone?
Have you switched SIM card, mobile or made any changes to your mobile plan?
If so, you’ll need to create a new BankID.
If you have BankID/BankID on mobile from DNB, you can log in to the private online bank with your national identity number (11 digits) and code device from DNB or BankID app.
Go to Settings – BankID on your mobile phone and follow the instructions on the screen. You will receive a text message when set-up is complete and ready to use.
Tips
From and including 1 September 2022, it won’t be possible to order BankID by mobile. The replacement is the BankID app.
Switch between online banks
Switch between the private and corporate online bank:
Log in by entering your national identity number (11 digits) and select ‘BankID’ or ‘BankID on mobile’
When you’re logged in, select ‘Corporate Bank/Switch Online Bank’ on the right-hand side of the online bank home page
You’re now logged in to the corporate online bank.
On the right of the front page, you will see what your user ID is. It consists of two letters and five numbers, e.g. CB12345

Log in by entering your user ID (two letters and five numbers, for example, CB12345). You can also use your national identity number (11 digits) and select BankID or BankID on mobile
When you’re logged in, you’ll find a button on the right-hand side of the home page that says ‘Corporate Bank/Switch Online Bank’
You can easily switch between either the private or corporate online bank or multiple corporate online banks if you have them
