Add a new user
If you have administrator access in the online bank, you can create new users yourself. You can see who is an administrator on the right of the corporate online bank’s home page.
How to add a new user (2:06 mins, Norwegian)
How to do it:
The administrator logs in to the corporate online bank.
Click on Administration in the main menu. Under the tab ‘Privileges’, select Manage users
You can choose from four options. Select ‘Add a new user’
Enter the national identity number, the name of the user and your contact information.
All done – the new user has now been created!
Note! If the user you’re trying to add has not had their identity registered in DNB you’ll be advised of this and will be directed to another form to order identity registration. When the user has completed their identity registration, you can follow the steps above.
Change a user role
When the user has been created by an administrator, you can request that the person be assigned roles such as administrator and/or orderer.

How to do it:
Go to Administration in the main menu. Under the tab ‘Privileges’, select Manage users
Then select ‘I want a user to be given administrator/orderer access (requires signature)’
Enter the user ID of the person whose role you want to change and fill out the rest of the form.
Tip! If you don’t know their user ID is, you can find this by clicking on Administration in the main menu and going to ‘Manage users’ under Privileges
We recommend that you sign using BankID for a quicker process.
You’ll receive a receipt for what you’ve ordered, and the agreement will be sent to you for eSigning, normally within one working day.
Note: Anyone can request this change (even a user), but the change requires a signature in accordance with the certificate of registration (Brønnøysund).
Privileges to the account
Administrators can assign privileges to accounts for users.
How to share rights in the corporate online bank (2:24 mins, Norwegian)
Do you only want to make a change for one user?
- Click on Administration in the main menu. Under the tab Privileges select Accounts
- Enter the user ID or name and click ‘Search’
Do you want to change multiple users’ rights on one account?
- Click on Administration in the main menu. Under the tab Privileges select Account privileges
- Select the account you want to change the rights for and click ‘Search’
- You can then change the rights for all users
Tip! If you cannot change the rights to a user, check if you’ve selected ‘All users - All accesses’. To change this, go to the menu option Administration. Under the tab Privileges, select Manage users. Here you can remove the tick next to ‘All users – All accesses’ and click Save.
When this tick is removed, you can assign rights to users.
Accountants
Authorisation is required to give or receive access to another company’s account. You can decide whether to give read-only access to the account, or whether the account can be debited in another online bank.
How to give authorisation in the online bank (0:52 mins, Norwegian)
How to do it:
Select Administration in the main menu. Under the tab 'Privileges', select Assign/Receive account authorisation
Fill out the information about the proxy or principal, the accounts the company will have authorisation to access, and which rights will be included in the authorisation.
We recommend that you sign using BankID for a quicker process.
eSigning is sent out after one working day. The authorisation will be ready one working day after the signing is complete
Tip! If you need to provide authorisation but don’t have corporate online banking, the other party must order this from their online bank.
There may be various reasons why you don’t have access to the online bank. Select the one that applies to you:
Log in to the private online bank to change the personal password, this only applies if you have your BankID from DNB
Log in with BankID mobile or Without BankID with code device
Select Settings and Change personal password
BankID
You can log in with BankID in two ways. You can switch between the two methods by clicking on ‘Select other BankID’.
With code device:
- Enter the 6-digit single-use code from the code device
- Enter your personal password consisting of at least 8 characters
With the BankID app:
- Click on the notification that appears on your phone to open the app. If you haven’t turned on notifications, you’ll need to open the app yourself
- Authorise the request in the app
- Go to the log in window in the online bank and enter your personal password consisting of at least 8 characters
BankID on mobile
How to log in with BankID on mobile:
Enter your 8-digit mobile phone number
Compare the reference in your web browser to the one that appears on your phone
Enter the 4-8 digit ID PIN that you created
Without BankID
You can only log in without BankID with a DNB code device
How to do it:
Choose the ‘Without BankID’ log in method
Enter the single-use code (6 digits) from the code device
Remember that you can also use BankID and BankID on mobile from another bank to log in to the corporate online bank
Forgotten user ID
If you’ve forgotten or don’t know what your user ID is, you can log in to your private online bank and switch to the corporate online bank. Please note that this is only possible when you’ve logged in with BankID/BankID on mobile.
You’ll find the button to switch between online banks in the right column when you’re logged in to your private online bank.
How to find your user ID:
Click on ‘Log in’ in the top right-hand corner. Enter your national identity number (11 digits)
Log in with BankID or BankID on mobile
Press the button ‘Corporate bank’. You’ll find it in the right column when you’re logged in to the private online bank
You’re now logged in to the corporate online bank and will find your user ID to the right of the home page under your name. It consists of two letters and five numbers (e.g. TB12345)
To log in to the corporate online bank, you’ll need your user ID (two letters and five numbers) and your BankID/BankID on mobile from any Norwegian bank. If you don’t have a BankID, you’ll need to use your own code device from DNB.
How to log in to the online bank (1:27 min)
Choose which log in method you use:
If you’ve forgotten or don’t know what your user ID is, you can log in to your private online bank and switch to the corporate online bank. You’ll find the button in the right column when you’re logged in to the private online bank.
Please note that this is only possible when you’re logged in with BankID/BankID on mobile.
How to find your user ID:

Press the button ‘Corporate bank’. You’ll find it in the right column when you’re logged in to the private online bank
You’re now logged in to the corporate online bank and will find your user ID to the right of the home page under your name. It consists of two letters and five numbers (e.g. TB12345)
Vouchers
How to find vouchers (2:43 mins, Norwegian)
How to do it:
Click on ‘Account’ in the main menu. Under the ‘Account information’ tab, select ‘New account information’/‘Recent transactions’
Select the relevant account and date and click ‘Display overview’
Find the relevant payment and click on the magnifying glass under ‘Details’
I can’t find the year-end statement
If you cannot find the year-end statement for the relevant account, contact the administrator in your online bank. You’ll find a list of administrators on the right of the home page of the corporate online bank.
Tip! Year-end statements are only produced if earned interest exceeds NOK 1. We recommend that you use the most recent account statement. This also shows the balance and earned interest in the same way as the year-end statement.
Year-end account statement
How to find year-end statements (1:44 mins, Norwegian)
How to find year-end account statement:
Click on the information button (i) in the upper right-hand corner of the online bank and select ‘Archive’
Choose message type Bank statement/Year-end statement
Select the account number and period and then click ‘Search’
In the archive in the online bank, you’ll find year-end statements going back 10 years.
Annual loan statement
Only administrators in the corporate online bank can retrieve annual loan statements. You can see who your administrator is on the right of the corporate online bank’s home page.
How to find year-end statements (1:44 mins, Norwegian)
How to find annual loan statement:
Click on the information button (i) in the upper right-hand corner of the online bank and select ‘Archive’
Choose message type ‘Year-end statement’
Select the organisation number and period and then click ‘Search’
In the archive you’ll find year-end statements going back 10 years.
Credit cards - DNB Corporate Mastercard
Year-end statements are only produced for cardholders with personal liability and who have activated the partial payment option. The year-end statement is sent to the cardholder by regular post.

Defined-contribution pension/occupational pension - DNB Liv
Information retrieved from customer portal to DNB Liv via Other services - Pensions and personnel insurance - Administer agreements. These year-end statements become available during week 4.
How to do it:
Select Reports on the left side in the menu, select Type of report and click on Invoice history/Statement.
Select desired format and date range
Click Create report

Factoring
The year-end statement for factoring is sent by regular post and is not available in the online bank.
Equity trading service/Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS)
All users can download the year-end statement under Other services - Investor services - Mailbox. These year-end statements will be available in the archive during week 8.
Do you not have access?
The administrator can retrieve the year-end statement via Archive - Year-end statement. These year-end statements become available in the archive during week 3.
If the statements are not shown here, they will be sent by regular post as soon as they are produced.
Guarantees
These year-end statements become available in the archive in the online bank during week 4.
If the statements are not shown here, they will be sent by regular post as soon as they are produced.
NB! The year-end statement is only available for administrators. You can see who the administrator is on the right side of the online bank’s home page.

Travel insurance
The year-end statement for travel insurance is sent by regular post and is not available in the online bank.
Other year-end statements
Year-end statement
Useful information:
- Year-end statements are only produced if earned interest exceeds NOK 1. If earned interest is below NOK 1, you can use the most recent account statement. This also shows the balance and earned interest in the same way as the year-end statement
- Year-end statements are NOT produced on sub-accounts in a group account system. The bank only calculates interest on the top account, and this is the only one a year-end statement is produced for
- Year-end statements are only produced for Norwegian accounts in the online bank
Select which year-end statement you’re looking for:
Bank statements
You’ll find account statements in the corporate online bank under Account – Account statement.
If you’re looking for older account statements, you’ll find them going back 10 years under Payment – Incoming payments – Archive.
Registered payments
When you’ve registered an outgoing payment in the online bank, you’ll find these by going to the menu option Payments and click on Payment overview. Here you’ll find registered payments that are due.
How to find an overview of outgoing payments (2:35 mins, Norwegian)
How to do it:
Select the account from the drop-down menu
Enter your chosen search criteria
Click ‘Search’
Tip! If you leave the search criteria blank and click ‘Search’, you’ll see all payments which are due.
Payment overview
When the payment has been made, you’ll find this under History. Alternatively you can go to the menu option Payments and select Payment overview - History. Here you’ll find payments going back up to 2 years.
How to find an overview of outgoing payments (2:35 mins, Norwegian)
How to do it:
Select the account from the drop-down menu
Enter your chosen search criteria
Click ‘Search’
Tip! If you want to search for a period longer than 1 month, select advanced search so you can enter a date range. Please note that you can only search 3 months at a time.

Getting started
To log in to the corporate online bank you need your user ID (two letters and five numbers) and your BankID/BankID on mobile.
If you don’t have a BankID, you’ll need to use a separate code device which you’ll receive a few days after you’ve received confirmation that it’s been sent to you.
How to do it:
- Click on ‘Log in’ in the right-hand corner
- Enter your user ID
- Select whether you want to use BankID with the code device, BankID on mobile or without BankID and follow the instructions
When you’re logged in:
If you can see your accounts when you’ve logged in, then everything is ready to use.
If the accounts are not visible, you need to assign access. Select Administration in the menu, then Privileges users. Select the user and give access the user should have. When you click Save the user will get immediate access to the accounts.
If you cannot see your accounts the first time you log in, you will need to grant access.
In the online bank, first select Administration and then Privileges.
Select Manage users and then grant the access that you want the user to have, e.g. ‘view’ or ‘register’.
When you click Save, the user automatically gets access to the accounts.

Not a customer yet?
To use the corporate online bank in DNB, you must first become a corporate customer. You’ll automatically get access to the online bank when you become a customer.
User ID for logging in
You’ll get a user ID which consists of two letters and five numbers, e.g. TB71000. You can use this to log in.
Are you a corporate customer but don’t have corporate online banking?
Corporate online banking gives you a clearer distinction between your private accounts and your corporate accounts.
You can customise individual pages in the corporate online bank to suit the way want to use them.
You can customise the pages ‘Account overview’ and ‘Recent transactions’/‘New account information’ by:
- Accessing the page in question.
- Selecting ‘Customise page’ at the top of the screen. Here you can remove, add and change the order of the columns.
You can also make changes to the online bank by going to ‘Administration’ – ‘Personal settings’.

If you’re already logged in to the online bank, you cannot click on ‘Administration’ in the main menu. Under 'Privileges', click on ‘Notification services’.

User roles, rights and authorisation
In the corporate online bank, we have three different roles. Note that multiple roles can be held in combination.
- Administrator: Can create users and administrators, assign rights and order new services for the company.
- Orderer: Can order new services and accounts for the company.
- User: Has read-only access and can be assigned more rights by an administrator.
Tip! Only administrators can add users in the corporate online bank.
You’ll see who is an administrator on the right of the corporate online bank’s home page.
If you have administrator access in the online bank, you can create a new user yourself.

How to do it:

How to change users (2:16 mins, in Norwegian only)
If you want to add someone who doesn’t have a Norwegian national identity number or temporary social security number (D-number), we need you to do the following:
1. Fill out the form
Fill out the service agreement and sign in accordance with the certificate of registrationIf the person has not already had their identity verified in DNB, a signature sample and certified copy of the new user’s passport must be sent in:
- A copy of the passport must be certified by either: Notary Public, police station, lawyer, auditor, estate agent or bank/financial institution
2. Return the form to us:

- Email: Click ‘Send email’ on the right side of the home page in the corporate online bank

Administrators in the online bank can delete a user in the online bank:
- Go to the menu option ‘Administration’ and select ‘New, Change, Delete User’
- Select “I’m an administrator and want to delete a user”
- Enter the user ID for the user you want to delete and click ‘Continue’
- Confirm deletion by completing the form
If you want to delete an administrator, you can do this by:
- Selecting ‘Administration’ - ‘New, Change, Delete User’
- Select “I want to delete or change an administrator (requires signature)”
- Enter the user ID for the user you want to delete and click ‘Continue’
- Ehen you have filled out the form you will receive a receipt and the agreement will be sent out for signing, normally within one working day
Tip! If you don’t know the user ID of the user you want to delete, you’ll find a list of users by going to ‘Administration’ - ‘Privileges’ - ‘Manage users’.

When logged in to the online bank, administrators can share rights with other users in the accounts.

Tip! If you’re not able to change the rights for a user, check if ‘All users - All accesses’ is ticked. It should not be ticked.
To change this, go to ‘Administration’ - ‘Privileges’ - ‘Manage users’. Remove the tick from ‘All users - All accesses’ and click ‘Save’.
When this tick is removed, you can assign rights to users.

Logging in
You can log in to the online bank with a code device or BankID app from any Norwegian bank.
You can choose between these two methods by clicking on ‘Select other BankID’.
BankID with code device
- Enter the 6-digit single-use code from the code device
- Enter your personal password consisting of at least 8 characters (letters and/or numbers)
BankID app
- Click on the notification that appears on your phone to open the app. If you haven’t turned on notifications, you’ll need to open the app yourself
- Authorise the request in the app
- Go to the log in window in the online bank and enter your personal password consisting of at least 8 characters (letters and/or numbers)
Have you forgotten your personal password?
If you have any other log in methods (BankID on mobile), you can log in and create a new BankID password in the private online bank.
If you don’t have any other log in options, you can call us on 915 04800.
If you have BankID on mobile, you don’t need the code device. You just need your mobile phone and your chosen code.
BankID on mobile
- Enter your 8-digit phone number (this can be the same number that’s used in other banks)
- Compare the reference word to the one that appears on your phone
- Enter your chosen 4-8 digit ID PIN on your phone
Logging in without BankID only works with a code device from DNB. We’re phasing out the corporate code device and therefore recommend that you use BankID or BankID on mobile.
Without BankID
Enter the single-use code (6 digits) from the code device.
If you already have a customer account in DNB, you can switch between the private and corporate online banks when you’re logged in.
It’ll only be possible to switch between online banks if you’ve logged in with BankID. Your private BankID can be from DNB or any other Norwegian bank.
Switch between online banks
Use the button ‘Switch Online Bank/DNB Connect’ in the right-hand column when you’re logged in to the online bank.
You’ll see all of your customer accounts and you’ll be able to switch between them.

Frequently used functions
You’ll find the account information via the home page or by going via the menu option Account – New Account Information
You must actively run a search to retrieve information. Select the period you want information about and click ‘Search’.
How to find recent transactions (2:08 min)
To check multiple accounts at the same time, select Account – New account overview
You’ll find statements by going into the menu option Account – Account statement
Here you’ll also find year-end statements and corporate card summaries
From the menu option Payments you can choose from several payment types. For example, domestic payments, international payments and internal transfers
All payments in the online bank must be authorised. This can be done immediately by clicking Registerand authorise.
If you click on the Registerbutton the payment will need to be authorised later before it’s paid
You’ll find outgoing payments by selecting the menu option Payments and Payment overview. Here you can search by due date or history
- Due date will show payments that have not been made.
- History will show payments that have been made or have been cancelled.
Remember to click ‘Search’ to bring up the payments
How to find an overview of outgoing payments (2:35 mins, Norwegian)
If you need more accounts, you can open an ordinary corporate account, tax withholding account, corporate savings account and other types of accounts directly in the corporate online bank. You’ll get access to the accounts immediately.

Questions and answers
When you’ve logged in to the corporate online bank, you’ll see your user ID to the right of the home page.
If you cannot log in to the corporate online bank, you can switch from private to corporate online bank. See instructions at the top of this page by clicking ‘I don’t know what my user ID is’.
If you’ve recently signed up for corporate online banking, we have sent you information about your user ID by email.
When you’ve logged in to the online bank, you’ll see your administrator on the right-hand side of the home page. If you have multiple administrators, only 5 of them will be shown on the list.
It’s only possible to switch between online banks when you’ve logged in with BankID or BankID on mobile. Your private BankID can be from DNB or any other Norwegian bank.
You can log in to our website with BankID or BankID on mobile from any other Norwegian bank.
We recommend that you always log in with BankID to get the most out of the corporate online bank. If you don’t already have BankID, you can order BankID from DNB.
