Account management for issuers of securities
As an account manager, we offer a number of services to you who issue shares, foundation certificates or bonds. Our services make administration easier. Among other things we offer:
- administration and maintenance of the share register;
- tax reporting;
- disbursement of dividends and outgoing payments;
- technical support for share issues, acquisitions, splits, reverse splits, mergers or demergers, among other things;
- assistance regarding AGMs, such as distributing summons, receiving registrations and for the actual meeting itself.
We can also maintain bonds and certificates by, among other things, settling interest and installments, changing outstanding amounts, instalment plans or ongoing interest. Assistance with registration of put and call information can also be agreed.

Get a VPS account and access to online equity trading
VPS account is created automatically when customer relationships are established. Companies must order access to the individual user, regardless of whether they have online banking in DNB or not. Access will then be available under "Other services" in online banking.

We offer all companies registered in VPS the opportunity to obtain their own information, as well as access to the register of owners. Download the data from the VPS Issuer Services themselves, and save time and costs.
