Aker Solutions pays deposits into your pension account. The pensionable income will apply from your first earned NOK, but not that which exceeds 12G.
Pensionable income
Is the salary you receive from your employer. The salary does not include allowance for overtime, taxable benefits in kind, expense allowances or other variable or temporary supplements. If you have worked part-time for a period, your pensionable income will be reduced accordingly.
5.5% of pensionable income between 0 and 7.1 G
15% of pensionable income between 7.1 and 12 G
