The ethical platform consist of two parts:
1. We engage in dialogue with companies that reportedly are in breach of international norms and conventions in the area of human rights (including labor rights), environment and corruption. In some specific cases where the dialogue does not lead to a satisfactory result the company will be excluded until adequate progress is made.
2. We exclude companies that are involved in controversial weapons (nuclear weapons, anti-personnel mines and cluster weapons), or that produce tobacco, adult entertainment or pornography.
The DNB ethical platform is the ethical policy on which all our investments within asset management are based.
