Exclusions in the fund
DNB Brighter Future has exclusions beyond DNB’s group instructions for responsible investments. This means, among other things, that the fund excludes companies with high carbon intensity, conventional weapons, alcohol production and money betting activities. Read more about our exclusion criteria
Management team - DNB Brighter Future
DNB Brighter Future has been managed by the same team since 2017, and managers have on average more than 12 years’ experience of investing in emerging markets.

The whole team comes from or has lived in emerging nations, and therefore has local expertise and knowledge to help them find exciting investment opportunities in the regions they manage. The fund invests in companies that can deliver extra returns to customers and which also contribute to a better future and higher living standards in the countries in which the companies operate.
