Settelment note = “Handelsbekreftelse”
Going forward, you will receive "Handelsbekreftelse" (trade confirmations) in your logged-in mailbox
After you’ve bought or sold shares it is a good idea to check the settlement note, the “Handelsbekreftelse” to see that everything’s in order.
We’re testing the new set-up for some selected customers
Today, most equity trading customers receive their trade confirmations via email. We are in the process of changing this. Going forward, we want to send these to your logged-in mailbox on dnb.no.
To ensure that the new receipt process with trade confirmations is a good solution, we will test it on some selected customers before making it a permanent solution. Therefore, in a short time, we will conduct a controlled manual rollout of trade confirmations to selected customers
What’s changing for you?
- Trade confirmations will be available for you in the mailbox in your logged-in online bank, and email dispatches will be stopped.
- The trade confirmations include trading in securities (stocks, bonds, and most related derivatives) through DNB Markets.
- The information and language in the trade confirmations have been modernised, adapted to the product the trade concerns and they fully replace the traditional settlement notes.
What do you need to do?
- All changes are controlled by DNB. As a customer, you do not need to do anything.
Please get in touch if you have any questions or other feedback.
