Fees for Companies registered in Euronext Securities Oslo (Verdipapirsentralen - the "VPS").

On this page you will find an overview of costs related to the registration of new limited companies in Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS). Prices for account management of various services associated with the issuance of bond and certificate loans can also be found here.

Fees

Fees for Companies registered in Euronext Securities Oslo (Verdipapirsentralen - the "VPS"). All prices are stated in currency Norwegian Kroner (NOK).

751 - 1.000, per month	6,-
1.001 and above, per month	5,-
Cross border transactions, per assignment, per month	600,-
Issuance or cancel of shares, per transaction. Registration of investor to/from principal register for direct registration, expenses incurred by DNB and/or its custodian bank, minimum	2.500,-

Maintenance of shareholders register

The fee is calculated upon the number of updates, per month

Miscellaneous and other fees

Postal charges	Prevailing costs

Account Operator Fee: For shareholders holding securities with a total tax value of less than NOK 100,000,- companies registered in the VPS-system are charged the actual costs for maintaining such VPS-accounts. The fee is based on the number of shareholders a company har per December 31st each year.

Changes in fee structure: This fee structure may be subject to change. If so, notice will be distributed; new prices will then be implemented a month later.
