How to do it
You can easily report damage or injury here
Once you’ve bought one or more insurance policies, they’ll be visible in the corporate online bank.
You’ll be able to see the insurance summary, policy number and insurance certificate.
To see you invoices, we’ve created a separate insurance portal with an overview of your insurance policies and insurance documents.
Log in with your national identity number and BankID to see the company you’re connected to.
How to find an invoice in the insurance portal (1:09 mins, Norwegian)
To change your insurance policies, you can write to us from the insurance pages in the corporate online bank.
To cancel, you can write to us from the insurance pages in the corporate online bank.
Here you’ll need to explain the reason for cancellation. We need to know the reason because it affects the notice period.

In that case the new company will send the termination on your behalf.
For vehicles, separate rules apply.
Questions and answers
To change the payment frequency of your insurance policies you need to contact us. The due date must be between the 15th and 25th of the month if you have an AvtaleGiro (direct debit). If you have EHF or paper invoices, there are no restrictions.
You can contact us by phone on +47 915 04800 on weekdays 08:00–16:00. You can also write to us from the insurance pages in the corporate online bank.
Complaints or appeals against damage settlements can be sent to us via email or via regular post to the address:
Fremtind Forsikring v/Klageservice
PO box 778 Sentrum
0106 Oslo
If you don’t agree with our assessment of the appeal, you can escalate the case to the Norwegian Financial Services Complaints Board.
Reminders must be paid before or on the due date to avoid the insurance policy being terminated.
For example, if the company has vehicles without insurance, the company will be charged a daily fee per day/per vehicle by the Norwegian Motor Insurers' Bureau.
If you haven’t paid the reminder and the insurance policy has been sent to collections, you’ll need to pay the collection fee and get in touch with one of our advisers by phone on 915 04800. The insurance policies aren’t automatically reinstated when the collection fee is paid.
In partnership with Fremtind insurance, we have developed a portal for your business insurance policies.
In the insurance portal you get:
- Full insurance overview
- All your invoices
- Overview of insurance documents
Annual renewal FAQs
Insurance agreements are renewed once a year. When the insurance policies are renewed, you’ll receive an insurance certificate with updated prices and terms.
As a rule, the prices are adjusted upward in line with the index, but the damage statistics for your area, age group, object type and the like can make the price change deviate from the index adjustment.
If the insurance policy covers more now that previously, this will also be reflected in the price.
The price adjustments vary between 5-15 per cent for the various products and in terms of your specific company, you’ll get an overview of this in the renewal papers.
The consumer price index is a common adjustment for all non-life insurance companies. The index takes into account inflation in society and safeguards the damage payouts.
The insurance policy is subject to indexation as follows in 2022:
- Residential and commercial property 4%
- Properties 2.1%
- Travel insurance 4.3%
- Other products aren’t indexed.
In recent years we have seen an increased number of damage claims, especially related to water and fire, and we have higher damage payouts than before. For this reason, as well as the uncommonly high price increase of materials, the necessary price adjustments have been made to handle the increased damage payouts. The renewal terms consist of indexation and general price increases.
General liability insurance covers liability claims that come from an injured/damaged third party. The claim is corrected after the damage has been repaired by the injured party or their insurance company. Increases in salary costs combined with price increases of commodities mean that the claims that are paid out are increasing and will probably continue to increase. The above is reflected in the damage increase to liability and the necessary price adjustments have therefore been made to be able to handle future damage payouts.
Society is about to return to a normal level of activity after COVID. This will lead to more damage claims, and damage payments for repairs have increased with inflation. Based on this damage increase, we’re making adjustments to our prices. The renewal terms consist of the workshop index and general price increases.
2021 has been characterised by low travel activity as a result of restrictions and travel advice. From and including 1 October, the authorities withdrew the global travel advice, and we expect travel activity to gradually increase over time in 2022. Especially within the corporate segment, we saw during the pandemic that some businesses had to send employees on necessary business trips in order to maintain operations and safety in different locations. Signals from the market and from our partners warrant increased costs within hotels and accommodation as well as the health and transport sector. We must therefore take into account increased damage compensation going forward. The renewal terms for 2022 have lower price adjustments than normal due to some remaining uncertainty about how quickly travel activity will pick up in 2022.

Offer of continuation insurance
When an employment relationship ends at the company, the employee is removed from the insurance scheme. The insurance cover ends 14 days after the employee leaves the company.
If the insurance policy at the company covered other sickness insurance and/or corporate group life and/or sick leave and/or health insurance - the employee can choose to continue these. They’ll then need to pay for these themselves.
