Q: Can the corporate card be used abroad?

No. This card can only be with Norwegian merchants labelled BankAxept. If you need to use a corporate card abroad, or to order online, we recommend Visa Business and/or Corporate Mastercard .

If you would like to order a card for a corporate current account, but don’t have corporate online banking, you can use the form below to place your order. Corporate card BankAxept is a useful card for businesses that have expenses related to purchases such as office supplies, flowers or cakes for employees' birthdays. This card can only be used for physical purchases of goods and services in Norway.

Why is a deposit-only card needed?

The withdrawal limit of NOK 0 is suitable for businesses that only want their employees to be able to deposit cash into the company’s account. This way the card becomes a pure deposit card.

You can restrict the card to deposits only (by setting the withdrawal limit to NOK 0) It is possible to set a restriction on each individual card. When ordering the card, tick the box for deposits only to make it a deposit-only card.
