Payment deadlines for Christmas and New Year 2022

  • Internal transfers without currency exchange between two DNB accounts will be updated with the available amount on both accounts immediately.
  • The same applies for deposits to Kronekort.
  • Last deadline for payment to BSU.
    NB! If "payment" is used to the BSU account, the deadline is 30 December at 2.30 p.m. If you use "transfer" to the BSU account (transfer between own accounts), the deadline is 30 December at 19.30. Everything that happens after this will be recorded in the books in 2023.
Remember that payments in some currencies have a submission deadline one or two banking days before the payment date.

The other office is a counseling office and is only open for booked meetings.

Deadlines for funds around Christmas and New Year

The last settlement date in 2022 for Norwegian mutual funds is 30.12.


For funds with Cut-off at 23.59:
To ensure settlement on 30.12, manual orders must be received by us by 15.00 on 29.12.
For orders placed through online banking, the deadline is 23.59 on 29.12.

For funds with Cut-off at 12.00:
To ensure settlement on 30.12.2021, manual orders must be received by us by 12.00 on 30.12.
For orders placed through online banking, the deadline is 12.00.
For fixed income funds, the deadline is 12.00 on 29.12.

Settlement on 30.12 for subscriptions depends on money being confirmed in the fund's account on 30.12.

The deadline for subscription/redeption in 2022 for our funds in Luxembourg, and funds delivered from other suppliers, is 16.00 on 20.12 for manual orders, and 23.59 on 20.12 for orders registered through online banking.
This also applies to purchases within IPS.

Deadlines Share Savings Account
  • The deadline for requesting closure of a Share Savings Account is 22.12, before which the associated securites must be sold.
  • The deadline for creating a Share Savings Account for giving as a gift is 15.12.
  • The deadline for merging Share Savings Account is 22.12.
  • The deadline for sharing/split Share Savings Account is 22.12.

Salary payments via the "Lønn" file that need to be in the recipient's account on 23.12.2022 must be sent and approved no later than 18.30 on 21.12.2022, with a payment date no later than 23.12.2022.

There is a large volume at the end of the year, so we recommend that payments are sent well in advance.
