Remember signed documents

To process your application as quickly as possible, it’s important that you attach all of the necessary documents, and that these are signed. You’ll find information about which documents we need for the different types of companies under the choices above. We’ll get back to you as soon as we start processing your application.

Know your customer

As a bank, we must comply with the Money Laundering Act. This means that, among other things, we must gather information about you as a customer, the purpose/nature of the customer account and which transactions you expect to have.

Documentation requirement

In some cases, we may need more information in order to process your application. Then we’ll get in touch with you. After we have received and processed your application, you will be able to use the customer account you have applied for.

Credit check

Please note that we will run a credit check on you during the account opening process. All banks are required by law to obtain sufficient information about a customer when setting up an account and on an ongoing basis while the account is open.
