FAQ

Do I have to do anything now?

Will I get a new card and account number?

Yes, we have sent you a new card and opened new accounts for you at DNB. The card has no annual fee and offers free purchase of goods, payments by KID (Customer ID) and message in Norway from your new DNB accounts are free of charge, until the end of 2024.

Remember to tell everyone who pays you your new account number. All payments to your old accounts at Sbanken Bedrift are transferred to your new accounts at DNB, up to and including 27 March 2024.

What happens to my banking integration?

If you have a banking integration with Fiken, PowerOffice or Visma (Tripletex, AutoPay, eAccounting) this has been forwarded to DNB and is ready to use.

When you transition to DNB, you’ll be offered to use the DNB Regnskap Mini app for free until the end of 2024. This gives you the advantage of having bank and accounting in one, banking integration free of charge, and the chance to chat for free with experienced accountants. You can also simple download historical transactions from Sbanken Business into the accounting app DNB Regnskap.
