The nominating committee shall give a recommendation to the Annual General Meeting:
- For the election of the board members, chair, and deputy chair (excluding employee representatives)
- For the election of the members and chair of the nominating committee.
- About remuneration for the board and the nominating committee

Candidates for DNB Bank ASA’s board and nominating committee
Shareholders are encouraged to propose candidates for the board and nominating committee of DNB Bank ASA. Suggestions should include names, place of residence, nationality, and a brief CV.
