For the election of the board members, chair, and deputy chair (excluding employee representatives)
For the election of the members and chair of the nomination comitee
About remuneration for the board and the nomination comitee

Shareholders are encouraged to propose candidates for the board and nomination comitee of DNB Bank ASA. Suggestions should include names, place of residence, nationality, and a brief CV.
