Through gaming, both personal skills, internal networks, and abilities that come in handy at work are developed, whether you are a DevOps engineer, innovation specialist, or financial adviser. The e-sports team aims to be a place for everyone and contributes to building well-being, culture, and a sense of belonging across departments.
Our ambition is to bring together the best gamers at the bank, win matches and organise the best tournaments. While DNB E-sport has a focus on winning, we also create an arena where those who just game for fun can enjoy a social hub where they can share their interests.
We organise social gaming events, internal tournaments, gaming evenings and viewing parties to cheer up our top teams.
