Design in DNB

As a designer at DNB, you get the opportunity to influence people’s everyday lives.

DNB Design

As a DNB designer, you’re creating solutions for over two million bank customers in Norway.

Who are the designers at DNB?

Today, we are around 40 designers working at DNB. We are a mix of Service, UX and UI designers who work in teams. We represent at least eight different nations, have a good mix of gender, age, experience and competence. We have several specialists in areas such as UU, native, web, SD, insight and developers for our design system, Eufemia. We support each other and work together to create really good services for our customers.

How we work

DNB has a modern design environment. As designers, we are involved at an early stage and influence direction and outcomes based on our specialist disciplines.

Designers work in teams at our company. We are organised into a centralised partnership model. We work four days a week together with the business and Tech to develop new and existing customer solutions. On the last day of the week, all designers gather for professional development and group assignments.
