Bank DNB A/S is a licensed bank under Danish supervision. Bank DNB A/S is owned by DNB, and is organised as a division under Large Corporate and International.

The management is: Anette Lonsdale (CEO), Terje Turnes (CFO) and Arild Hovland (COO).

Board of directors is: Leif Teksum (Chairman), Trygve Young (Vice Chairman), Ottar Ertzeid and Leif Rene Hansen (Independent member).
